I would like for you to take a second and think about something that you really want. Now that you know what you want I want to you hope that it will could to you. Spend a minute or so thinking about this. Try to notice all the feelings and thoughts that you have. Take not of these feelings and thoughts.
Now I would like for you to think about the same thing and but this time expect to obtain whatever it is. Again take note of the thoughts and feelings that you are having while expecting this result to happen.
Now compare the results. Did you feel more motivated and energetic expecting or hoping? If you are like most people expecting got you more energetic and excited. It probably gave you a feeling of wanting to do something towards its obtainment. It may have also gave you a feeling of certainty that will obtain this item or goal.
How did you feel when you were hoping? Was there a possibility of things not working out? Did you feel it more a sense of chance? Were you motivated to take action in the direction of achieving the goal? You most likely felt less likely to act because hoping does make the mind believe that is mostly by chance.
For the next 30 days try expecting the results you want in life and see what it will produce. I bet you will be surprised.
